  • You will be eligible for a refund, coupon or voucher if the item(s) is returned within 3 working days from the date of delivery along with the e-payment confirmation. 
  • All orders within the UAE are delivered within 2 – 5 business days, excluding public holidays and weekends.
  • All orders to GCC countries will be shipped in 4-7 business days excluding public holidays, weekends or in rare cases customs delays.

  • For defective items delivered from the supplier, you will be eligible for an exchange, refund, a coupon or voucher if the item(s) is returned within 3 working days from the date of delivery along with the e-payment confirmation. 
  • The delivery within the UAE is FREE of charge.
  • International shipments outside the UAE will be charged 50 AED Minimum + Tax + Government Levy and additional charges will apply depending on the weight of the item.
